Baby Moo Maa post orders Australia wide via Australia Post and internationally using Australia Post International. Occasionally we use a courier service to deliver your goods.
Any International duties or customs obligations for international orders are to be the responsibility of the customer.

Products in stock will be posted withing 5 business days, if you are purchasing an item that has a custom order time allocated to it please allow this time and normal postage time.
Custom order times will vary depending on the item, size of order and fabrics you choose. Items purchased through website will have a time allocated if it is not a premade ready to ship item.
Custom orders CAN NOT be refunded, a credit note can be given in some circumstances, please contact and discuss this with Baby Moo Maa.
We will happily exchange goods within 7 business days of receipts of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they are in original packaging, unused, unwashed, and un damaged. We do not refund for change of mind purchases, a store credit can be arranged.

Exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense, postage details will be given.
Please include a copy of your invoice/payment confirmation and a note advising us of your needs.
Exchanges: please include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be sent in.
Faulty items: you will be credited for the goods once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed by you financial institution.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items that are on sale because they are seconds and the fault has been listed can not be refunded because of that fault.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product please email us for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
